and Synthesis apititude for SiC is broken too, too overpowered at level 0 but too underpowered at level 5.
I suggest that the level 0 skill as per 1.2.1 could be evaluated as a level 5 final reward. Tried to rebalance the levelling process as followed:
Tier 0
Fine-Tuned Integration: When s-modded, AI Subsystem Integration gives +1 s-mod capacity.
Tier 1
Field Polydynamo: Reactive Combat Shield now work with better efficient shield but with higher trigger threshold, with 0.15 or better shield triggering at 95% flux linearly going down to 0.6 or worse shield triggering at 60% (50% if s-modded) flux.
Plowing Drones: For all unpiloted fighter squad, +10% damage dealt (30% if with AFC) and +75% autofiring performance. For all automated ships, -25% fighter replacement rate degen and +33% regen. With AFC, x0 degen instead.

Tier 2:
Integration Protocol: +60 Autoship Points. Non-player officers can fit in autoships with 0.5x autoship points.
Compact Automation: x1.25 Flux Capacitor and Vent per-OP effect.
Tier 3:
Temporal Mastery: Officer-piloted ships gain permanent 1.05x timeflow. Adaptive Phase Field gives 1.15x system cooldown and recharge rate on non-phase ships and 1.75x weapon cooldown and ammo-recharge rate when phased on a non-phase-anchored and non-concord phase ship.
Pax Adaptiva: All ships can use Adaptive Subsystems with no other prequistors. Those which already can are now able to apply a second one simutaneously. |
