速子特勤局/Tri-Tac Special Circumstances

我前几天偶然在贴吧看到了有人在询问这个mod的汉化，感觉也是缘分，所以在弃坑三年之后决定更新汉化，接下来还会把我翻译的另一个P9殖民领mod更新（等mod作者回我消息，允许我汉化之后），因为很久没玩且以后也不一定接着会玩这游戏，所以可能术语翻译不准确，大家可以留言违和的部分，我会集中更改，mod冲突也不太清楚，至少我开了势力争霸之后是没问题的
PS：097版本因为时间不够确实无能为力，如果有人发现了转换097版本的办法可以留言，我很乐意把你的办法加进贴子里，或者其他人愿意做097汉化的话，我的翻译可以随便用，不用问我了。

这个mod...印象最深的是大量换皮的欧米茄玩意（比如说动能版本的裂隙矛）、魔改的伪装货船（背景故事里是拿来诱骗海盗的...虽说考虑到特务部的设定，搞不好也拿来装民用舰队干脏活）以及硬是把厄运拼成守护者的缝合版相位主力舰，强度只能说开心就好 Zeta04 发表于 2023-7-4 09:21

这个作者另两个已被搬运的模组鬣犬矿业（低科）和卡特贸易（中科）也是一堆缝合、抽象，只有另一个没搬运的虫族主题野怪势力不那么缝合。原帖里“又一个dazs模组”那段的确明说了就是专门干脏活的。 多谢辛苦汉化~

-Added a new weapon: The Medium Mining laser - Medium mount, 8 op and roughly the stats of the twin mining laser x4
-Bora: Raised the deployment and supply use from 12 to 13 - TY Stay4rosty for noting it was a little low
-Idiran standard variant: Changed the weapons from twin mining lasers to long range mining lasers - Gives it a more tactical edge
-Gillan: Replaced the front small turret with a medium turret and replaced the twin mining laser with the new Med Mining Laser on the variant
-Twin Mining Laser: Narrowed the weapon sprite - I felt it was a little too wide for a small weapon
-Added a new ship: The Nsokyi - A light cruiser sized civilian ship pre-equipped with all mining weapons
-Added the new ship to the list of TTSC mining ships used in their mining fleets and the sprite to the "All Ships" image
v1.5.1 - Save Compatible
-Set the starting relationship between CABAL and TTSC at -0.5 - TY Halfarel for letting me know there was an issue
-Fixed an issue between Tri-Tachyon and TTSC relationship events not properly occurring - TY AzraelElda informing me and Histidine for their help

-Fixed an error with the display of Special Task Force and Patrol Large fleets by shortening their names - TY Maritua for letting me know
-Added the TTSC tier 0 weapons to be carried more frequently by Tri-Tachyon markets
-Set the "minRelationships" between Tri-Tachyon and TTSC to 0.6
-Set the "diplomacyPositiveChance" for Tri-Tachyon to 2.0 for TTSC - This change and above will help TT and TTSC remain friendly
-Changed the rarity of all the TTSC rift weapons to 0.3 - Received complaints regarding their availability
-Heavy Burst Laser: Raised the damage/second from 450 to 550 and increased the ammo from 5 to 6 - TY CrackerCrisp12 not noting it was underpowered for an 11 OP weapon
